Customer Service Counts!
In times like these where everyone is watching their budget, pricing on ATV’s, Dirt bikes and parts have become no exception. What I always look for when purchasing parts is obviously the best price, but one thing that is sometimes overlooked is customer service. Surely anyone can find rock bottom prices and closeout sales on parts they may need for their quad or dirt bike, but what about customer service?
Customer Service at times seems to be a dying breed. I am sure many of you have purchased parts that at times may not have come with proper instructions, may not have fit exactly as you have thought or were flat out the incorrect part. At times this too has happened to me, leaving me to search the internet and forums for people that have had the same problem with a particular part. Why? Because some of the companies we buy from don’t have an experienced technical person in their customer service department. So that leaves us, the customer to pay the shipping to return an item we were under the impression would work properly for our quad or dirt bike.
I had recently purchased a 2009 DRX90 race quad for my son and even though I know a great deal about working on quads and dirt bikes I knew little about the DRR/DRX quads. So I had been reading up about them about maintenance and tuning when I came across a company that sold parts for it and had technical guides to help you through the basics.
Well so much for the dying breed of customer service and qualified technicians on hand to help you. This company not only had very good prices, but by far the best customer service I have ever experienced in any industry.
The company is G Force Powersports, based out of Florida. A family owned and operated business by ATV racers whose goal is to provide the best customer service possible while representing only the products that they use and feel are worthy of your time and effort.
From the first email I sent to the owner Gary Fallon, asking him what I should be doing for maintenance and tuning I knew I had come across a company that knew exactly what they were talking about. Not only was Gary informative and helpful, but at no time did he make a sales pitch to sell me something I did not need. He simply provided valuable information.
Gary asked me a few questions about my sons riding ability and what specs the quad had in it. After a few back and forth emails I made the decision to place an order. Talk about fast shipping! I placed the order on a Monday and had the parts in my garage 2 days later and on the quad. Oh yea, and they fit perfectly!
There are very few companies out there like G Force Powersports that will take the time to discuss things over leaving the option up to you if you want to order something. I am sure that customer service is an important issue to you when ordering ATV’s, Dirt bikes or parts. If you are looking for quality parts and superior customer service I highly recommend G Force Powersports. They work hard everyday and take customer service seriously!
