I was riding with some buddies of mine at the local OHV park doing hillclimbs. They have CRF450’s and a KX250 and I ride a CRF230. They were havin trouble making it up so about 3/4’s of the way up they would kick down to grab a lower gear and lose traction. So I gave it a try and after a couple of trys made it to the top.

Muddy Day at Iron City

I have been racing now for about 2 1/2 yrs. The dirtiest was the Iron City race. Mud covered my tires, the only thing that you could see were the whites of my eyes when I took my googles off. First time ever riding a dirtbike way back in the day. I fell off at least 10 times in muddy terrain. I also always forgot to put my 80cc Bike into neutral which is not good. Worst place for a first time biker? I think so.

My 12 year old Son Jonathan’s First race at Walden MX. I was so nervous, but he was calm and seemed to have a plan. I gave him some advise at the start and he said Dad I got this…He nailed every obstacle and I was very proud of him! Now 4 race days into his MX career and he is placing 5th.
