Get Dirty MX was an idea that came about in the winter of 2008.  Every day I would see our muddy ATV’s in the garage that we couldn’t wash because of the New England winter weather.  Being an avid ATV enthusiast with a 10 year old son who loves to “Get Dirty” when riding his dirt bike or ATV, I decided to take the leap and create our own Motocross and ATV apparel company.

It’s funny how the sports I once played and watched when I was younger have taken a turn to big business, drugs, and corruption.  Motocross, ATVing, and other extreme sports have become the ideal sports for most kids that I know.  Slowly fading are the dreams of becoming a star in basketball, baseball, or football.

These days I hear things out of kids mouths like, “I want to be like Travis Pastrana” and “When I grow up, I am going to be like Bubba Stewart.”  When I was a kid, very little was known about extreme sports.  Who knows if any had even been invented yet?
